Hi All,
I believe felicitations of matrimonial bliss are in order for our esteemed colleague Callum (aka Rapiddescent)
http://www.rapiddescentscotland.co.uk/index.php?&MMN_position=1:1
His website news says……
”Shop Closing for Holidays!

On honeymoon with the missus! so the bikes are not allowed to come with me. This means that whilst we are in the sunshine, there'll be no one to send any products out of the RDS shop.
closed: 1st November - 18th November"
I’m sure we’re all aware of how invaluable Callum’s advice, technical knowledge and excellent inventiveness in creating mods is?
So lets see how many notes of congrats we can muster for him before his return!
Obviously, now that he’s been drawn into the deadly embrace of “she who must be obeyed”………….…..
……….just like so many of us that have succumbed to a woman’s adroit charm………………..…
…………….his Mountain Biking days may be numbered……………....…..NOT!!!!
All the best Callum! Keep them Pro~Flex’s rolling!

thanks all.
we got married earlier in the year at Stirling castle - which is a really old (over 1000 years old) medieval castle perched high up on a rocky outcrop overlooking central scotland. Most of the men were in highland dress (Kilts) and we had a full pipe band in the castle square. I was wearing our own clan tartan with full plaid. Stirling Castle has been invaded 16 times so far - currently still with the Scots! We were in the Chapel Royal (modern bit) of the castle which was built in 1594 AD. RDS HQ is about a 5 min walk from the castle.
Just back from Antigua - in the carribean. Fantastic Island and I can recommend it highly for the friendly antiguans, great beaches and chilled out atsmophere. Wasn't allowed to even think about bikes but I did see a pair of Specialized Stumpjumpers out on the trail!!!

Callum,
How cool for you!
My wife is an offshoot of the Ross clan. My son searched out the Ross tartan for a class project and found out that there is a Scottish festival at the Queen Mary in Long Beach, Ca. every year. His best friend is from the MacBeth clan he thinks, and they go to the festival on occasion.
