Hi, does anyone know how to swap the lever sides over on a set of HS-33s, my set up is the wrong way round for the UK and the manual doesn't say how to do it.

So are mine!
But after 15yrs of riding American bikes, I've gotten used to it and I think I would be confused if I swapped back!
I may be wrong....(often are!) but can't you just undo the handlebar clamps, swap them over and put the levers on "upside down? i.e I think mine are not "handed"
If not, you'll have to undo the hydraulic fittings and swap them over, with possible loss of fluid but I've heard good things about doing this succesfully if you're careful......
Anyone know a cheap source of Magura brake blocks?

take the pads out and squeeze the lever so the pistons are close together.
Take the hydro hose of the spigot and just as you push it onto the new fitting get someone tompush the pistons back into calipers - that will squeeze some fluid out and stop air getting into the system.
If you are careful you can get away without bleeding the brakes.

Cheers chaps, i think I will try and use them the way they are for now and see how I get on, cant wait to get the bike built up, I will post some new pics of it on here when it is finished.

the hoses are brittle so take extra care. You should be able to do it with no bleeding. I really don't know why the USA sells bikes with the brakes the wrong way around !!!!!!
they even drive on the wrong side. When I was working in the USA I used to wind up work colleagues by telling them that it would be far more convenient to drive on the left as we do because then you can do a drive by shooting far easier.. which, incidentelly, is sort of the reason we do drive on the left - it meant that in anciant times you could keep your right hand on your sword (no giggling at the back) as you passed another horse & rider.

Well, the main reason for the brake placement is so that you can keep your hand on the rear brake while using the other hand for signalling turns (try braking one-handed with just your front brake - bad idea).
But you're right about the drive by shooting. It's much easier from the right side of the car (assuming you're right handed). Don't ask me how I know...
