Title: 957 Shock lenght wanted.

Hi all,

Anyone know the eye to end length of a 957 noleen shock? I am trying to find an alternative but don't have the stock one for measurement.

I have a 857 shock that measures exactly 8" eye to end of taper.  Should be the same shock.    (taper length is 3/8")  Since the taper seats flush to the top of the strut, you will have to account for that difference in your measurements.  For any alternative shock you will need to make an adapter.  See some of the earlier posts for ideas.

Thats the info I need. I had heard somewhere that is about 8 inches, but did not know for sure.
