Title: Help locating a B/B
Post by: Simon on December 08, 2004, 06:43:39 am
Can anyone help,I'm after an FSA Platinum Ti ISIS B/B 73X108mm (they do/did make them),they are no longer made/available over here in the UK (non ti is not a problem, just don't want them),Sprucey has tried locating one for me but even the importer can no longer get this size,I'm hoping to get some Raceface Evolve XC ISIS cranks but this only recommends using a 108mm spindle(also read bad reviews when trying a 113mm spindle) hence my problem,I can't afford to go down the Raceface signature Ti b/b route,if I can locate one this would kill 2 birds with 1 stone,I will lighten my bike a bit thus compensating the slight weight gain from recent mods, and I can transfer my current cranks & b/b to my son's bike which would in turn considerably lighten his bike from his current setup,my christmas pressie is your hands [smiley=laughing.gif],so any idea's who may have some stock etc  ??? many thanks.
Simon.

Looks like Webcyclery.com has them

Did a search on Froogle, which is part of Google and got several hits.  Good luck.

Terry
Thought I had but I think its going to be a 113mm not the 108mm,
if thats the case I'm going to give it a go,hopefully the chain line will be ok, may also give me a little more heel clearance,
Simon.
