Just put the picture's URL in the text box, then highlight it, then click on the little "picture" button above (the one with a little landscape in a white frame).

Or you can just do it yourself and bracket the URL with: <img></img> but use "[" and "]" instead of "<" and ">".

In your case, you would put
http://idriders.com/proflex/galleries/thunderchild/100_1306.JPG
in between the two sets of brackets.
