I've got a 4500c with stock shocks. what would be a good combination to replace them? looking for something light w/ good performance. And I have disc brakes if that makes a difference for the fork. Any websites with good prices would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

??? ???as far as the rear, we need to know what type of riding you do. for the front, do you want to replace the stock noleen shock or the whole fork?
the rear can have a straight bolt-on from risse or stratos. you can put a fox with a little modification.
OP has a 5th element on his carbon.
if you want to replace the front noleen, the only option is made by risse.
you might as well buy a new fork that has disk mounts on it.
prices, check supergo, jenson, pricepoint and wheel world.

XC mostly. Nothing too nasty. I was thinking I'd replace the whole fork. And I weigh about 195 lbs.
Thanks

i weigh a little less (not much after pizza and ice cream) and the lightweight fox talas works well on my k2 on the rear as a substitute - can't beat my psylo sl on the front -
love my 5th element and i hope sprucey got his on and likes it as well -
i believe he's a few stones more.
check out my gallery (and a lot of the others for ideas as well)
