Hi Guys,
I've just uploaded a "How to" pdf in the files section on some cheap and simple lights for those who are interested. I had a little trouble uploading it so there will either be too many copies or too few. Email me if you can't find it in the files section.
This obviously isn't the best DIY lighting available but it is pretty simple, plus you get a bonus cordless drill on the deal ;D I basically made these out of frustration with over-priced systems that didn't deliver [smiley=disbelief.gif] It's a cheap and easy way into night riding.
All up it set me back about $40AUD and hasn't let me down yet, but hey, it's only 1/2 way through winter so far! One of these halogens on your helmet easily gives you enough light to manage single track at speed, and there's enough side illumination to avoid the roos, wombats and bunyips Australia is famous for. And two of these on your helmet really start to show up the professional systems! :P
Cheers, [smiley=beer.gif]

HELP!
I can't seem to post this pdf on the files page. It's only 175kb so shouldn't be too big. Is there any other way I can get it up for public view?
Cheers,
Luke
