Title: Is This a NR-4?
Post by: theycallmethefatman on December 12, 2018, 12:57:36 pm
Sorry, another question. Is the shock in this Ebay listing really a NR-4?

https://www.ebay.com/itm/NR4-PRO-FLEX-REAR-SHOCK-New/183580947759?hash=item2abe46f52f:g:7BYAAOSwTghb7Jwn:rk:3:pf:1&frcectupt=true (https://www.ebay.com/itm/NR4-PRO-FLEX-REAR-SHOCK-New/183580947759?hash=item2abe46f52f:g:7BYAAOSwTghb7Jwn:rk:3:pf:1&frcectupt=true)

I thought the NR-4 was a piggyback shock; if this some early variation how are compression adjustments made w/o the dial?

Thank you,

John

It looks like a NR-2. Not a 4.

AFAIK the nr4 has the remote resevoir .The shock for sale is probably a NR2

Thank you for the offer, but I have a 657 that takes a shock with the conical fixed end.
