I just recieved my 13ci 3000 PSI tank! Awesome stuff and fast delivery! Thanks Nathan.  You are the man.  I've ordered a freaked bored phantom barrel from Nathan for one of my phantoms and it performs amazingly.  Many of the other paintball shops here admire his work whenever I bring it into their shop. I'll be posting up pictures of my marker once I recieve my new barrel.

i places an order with nathan 2 months ago and i received my package today. the reason i waited 2 months was because when i ordered stuff he was out of stock of a tank and i told him i would wait till it came in to save on shipping and him on packaging. to my suprise he put a gift certificat in the box because i waited so long. all i can say is wow. he stood by his word and made sure i was happy, now thats customer service. nathan will get all my buisness from now on and ill send my friends to him as well. great seller and an awsome guy. nathan is the only buisness that ive seen compansate someone for no reason but the kindness of his heart. thanks again nathan and may your buisness flourish. This is a continuation of my post from July 6, 2008 which was done shortly after sending the 2 markers pictured in that post back to Twinky with a laundry list of problems.  Since July I have been either E mailing him directly or PMing him here on the PhOG in order to keep a record of the numerous conversations regarding these guns.  That is not something I have just done in this case but something I do regarding all of my online transactions.  I E mailed or PM'ed once a month asking for a status and trying to find out when I will be getting them back.  For the first few months Twinky was having a problem with his anodizer.  This I can completely sympathize with and understand and given what I have seen of the man's work I'd rather have a rabid monkey anodize the guns then the guy who did them last time.  As of an E mail on October 19 he was still waiting on his ano guy though which was incredibly frustrating as I was originally told in a PM on June 20 that everything would be taken care of in 2 weeks.  I did not PM or E mail Twinky in November as I spoke with him shortly after PhOG chat came up.  At that time he told me he was finally looking for a new anodizer and had heard good things about 125customs.  I informed him that Preston did one of my other guns and he did a decent job so it was decided he'd send them to him.  That led me to believe it would happen soon.
I did not E mail or IM in December either as I was finishing up work in Afghanistan and figured after my conversation in November I would be seeing the guns some time soon.  On January 10 I PM'ed again, Twinky apologized for not getting back to me sooner as he had missed an earlier PM and said that he was packaging everything up to go to 125customs.  He also pointed out that I needed a rail for the ASA and frame I sent to him in July and that everything but the pneumatics would be ano'd.  I promptly quoted an E mail he had sent me in June stating the pneumatics would be ano'd to resolve the problem before I had to send the guns back yet again.  At this point I told him just to order the rail and bill me for it.  I left it at that.
On February 22nd I received a PM from Twinky informing me that he finally got a hold of Preston at 125 and "I will be sending the guns out this week."  According to him Preston quoted him a 3 - 4 week turn around.  On April 3rd I PM'd Nathan again as it was coming up on 6 weeks since he sent the guns to ano and a full 9 months since I last posted about this transaction.  As of yet I am not in possession of the markers I wanted to give to my son as a graduation gift in June 08 and he has not played a single game with them, I have no idea if the custom eye cover has been made although the program was written and put into the machine back on October 19th, and out of the past 16 months Twinky has been in possession of the guns for 15 of them not including ano time.
Thankfully as my son and I won't be attending SPE this year I have no need to buy him a different gun for him to use while we are there because it does not look as if he will have these two any time soon.

Since I was led here from another forum I'll repost this:

I'm sorry to hear about your nightmare, Unimoose. I hate to hear that you and your son are going to miss SPE this year. I've missed it every year, but it's quite the haul for me to trek alone (Atlanta, GA). I would've posted my feedback sooner, but I didn't know this thread existed.

I got the sniper, kaner kit and freak barrel yesterday in the mail.  They were packed much better than the first time around and look great.  The ano is much cleaner and definitely a brighter red so it looks much better.  It's a big improvement.

Nathan had E mailed me saying he would send them out this coming week.  This was of course after several other delays back in August but thankfully his communication has improved a bit.  Pics to come after work this weekend.

I had ordered a phantom from Nathan, and I had him send the body for the ASP mod, and the grip frame for engraving. He handled all of it well, fast, and cheap. That was a while ago, when I forgot to post here. Now, after having my feedtube shortened by him when it was too long to change my 12 grams, and I couldn't cut it myself, I remembered to post here. Great guy, definitely do it if you want to buy something from him.

EDIT

Got a bulk order of 10-round tubes, same great service.

Today I finally received the E-cocker that was the pair to the sniper I sent to Nathan for my son's graduation.  I received it today because I told Nathan I didn't care what condition it was in and to just send it to me.  He had been trying for months to try to get the 3 way to stop leaking.  I'm sure having it ano'd 3 times has created the problem and the only way to fix it will be to have the piece replaced.  I also received back the SS freak back that was powder coated and then put on one of the guns with a tool scraping the powdercoat off in one spot.  I had asked that the powdercoat be removed unfortunately it looks exactly like it did 24 months ago.  The same can be said for the E trigger frame that was powdercoated where spots were missed.  There are 2 things that irritate me so incredibly about this entire transaction.

First.  This was a graduation gift for my son.  He graduated in June 2008.  When Nathan sent me the guns he KNEW they were NOT right.  He KNEW the ano sucked in spots and the powdercoating was flaking or completely missing in parts.  Rather than warn me about this he told me the guns were great and looked great.  The pictures aren't in this thread anymore so I will put them back up and let you be the judge.

Second.  Back in April when I updated this post I had mentioned 125customs.  I contacted Preston and told him they were my guns that Nathan had sent to him almost 2 months prior.  I asked when they would be completed as Nathan had told me he was expecting them and that they were delayed with Preston.  Preston informed me that the delay was the fact that Nathan hadn't paid him and that Nathan was aware of this.  So he KNEW he hadn't paid the ano guy and KNEW the ano guy wasn't going to send him the guns or do the ano work without payment yet was telling me he was expecting them "any time"!  It seems to me this was dishonest to say the least.  Only when I started to CC Nathan on conversations I was having with Preston did Preston receive the money and do the work.

Along the way Nathan said he would no longer do the custom eye cover as he did not know when he could get it done.  I guess 2 years isn't enough time to run the program that was allegedly put into the computer in October 2008.

Not to beat a dead horse here, because my old feedback for Nathan/Twinky/O'dell's paintball got deleted with the old forum.  I haven't been on the PhOG for a few years, and decided to see what was going on, and I saw this douche was screwing people again.

But BEFORE he had a store, he was going to trade me a custom phantom for a Silver Dye Buzzard I had.  Well, I sent him the gun and he sent me a practically stock phantom, minus the one piece feed and under cocking kit it was supposed to have.  That I never got.  I emailed, called, did all that and got the total run around.

Fast forward two years I see PhOG is hosting a forum for his store I just about choked.

I posted up front about this when he first opened this store, it's too bad that people got burned by this guy.   He's a typical piece of $____ that drops in and out of paintball "business" only when people have forgotten his name and has a new slew of victims to screw.  Do us a favor, stay gone this time.

haha, looks like this is the horse that just keeps on giving. The barrel that O'dell "serviced" for me literally fell apart last year. The boring was so shitty that the thin part between the barrel and threads just broke. I was standing at the chronograph before a tournament and it just fell off. Luckily a friend had another SC gun I could use, and we won! But still...I bet that barrel only lasted a dozen days of play or so.
