The springs will work, no problem.
The rest of the internals will probably work fine too, but are designed to work with each other. So if you replace the bolt, you should probably replace it all including the power tube.
That said, there is a good chance that you trigger will not trip the sear properly, so you would need to take the sear off of the Razzorback hammer and use it on the Phantom hammer. You just need a small punch to drive the roll pins out and back in that hinge the sear to the hammers.

Sounds to me that you really only need a good tune up and new springs, main and valve, would get it to shoot as good as new. The adjustable TPC on the Phantom is a really nice feature to have though.
