Twinky, What Gives?

Hey Twinky/Nathan O'Dell, hows it going?
I'm not upset or angry at all, I'm just going to be frank.
Why are you giving my Brother the run around?
He says he keeps emailing you about the on/off you said you'd send him, yet he gets a "check back later" or no reply at all. I believe we've been quite patient.
Oh, and next time you wish to raffle something off, don't put broken parts on it to make it "complete"
Please either respond to my Brother, send him his stuff, respond to me, or do all 3.
I've posted this only here, but I can take it to as many forums as needed.
I've done business with you in the past and only reccomend you when it come to Phantom barrels and boring them for Freaks. I do not wish to take my business elsewhere but I will if I have to.
Thanks,
Jay

First off, It is going out tomrrow and I thought I emailed him back. But after going through a page of emails I didnt responde to him so yes that is my fault.
Secondly Im not giving him the run around, Im busy. I work a full time job plus overtime when I get mandated to work it. So I put in a 50 hr work week at a normal job. Then I do custom work and package up orders. On on top of all that I make time to answer emails, pms on three different boards, answer phone calls, run my store front, and trying to open a field. Im not trying to make up excuse's for me being slow to respond to his emails. Ive been slow to respond to alot of peoples emails.
I get a page of emails a day and some emails get buried 2-3 pages back which his did.
As for putting broken parts on the gun, it wasnt my gun that got raffled off, it was my buddys gun that came with me and if I knew the on/off was broke when he put it up for raffle I wouldnt have let him put it in.
Im glad you do business with me and I hope you still do so, I try to strive on 100% customer satisfaction and I will make this right.
Nathan

JOESPUD27 how about you ease up on Nate? Have you ever tried to do half the stuff he does? Customizing paintball equipment alone could eat up anyones time let alone when they try to do it coupled with a job and other things. Nate at the end of the day is a human, he makes mistakes and as long as he fixes them in a timely manner (which he has) I don't see a problem. It's called patience, give it a try. Furthermore I would just like to say that it is people like you that are hard on guys like Nate that has caused the air smiths/custom gun machinists to all but disappear leaving us with almost no small starting off paintball companys and we are left with smart parts and there ilk that price gouge like none other.

I've not yet bought anything of Nate, but he's been nothing but helpful and quick with his PMs. If he doesn't get back to you with the usual efficiency, can it hurt to resend your message to make sure he's seen it?
I doubt very much he's actively ignoring you.

I'm not going to "ease up on Nate" be cause I'm not upset with him.
I was civil in my post and questions. I also made sure to state I wasn't upset or flaming Nate.
[Not Directed at Nate]
As far as patience goes, I told my Brother (who wanted to post this ASAP) that I'd give Nate time, which I did. I'm sure I'm the reason Airsmiths are failing. It certainly isn't the fact some have been known to flat out lie, ignore simple communication, and go into hiding. I also got a Smart Parts gun in the mail yesterday, so obviously I'm destroying paintball too. Grow Up. Calm Down. You're the only one that needs to Ease up.
[/End not directed at Nate]
I made this post because I was wondering what was up. Sure, I could have emailed, but it was responded to faster this way. All I wanted was an answer and I got it.
If Nate makes good on his word (I have no reason to think he won't) then I'll still recommend his business.
Jay
EDIT: Thanks to whoever gave me a Negative Karma.

Well Joe, Its going out today probly in the next 45 mins. I gotta run to the post office anyways, So I will get ya a tracking number for ya. But the usps tracking sucks. It'll tell ya that it shipped at least.
I dont want to be like other airsmiths and not communicate with my customers. As long as theres communication everyone is happy. But with this order I slipped up and over looked your bro's email not on purpose but I am only human. I knew you werent flamming me and your were civil in your post. I have no problems answering questions.
I sent your bro an email but havnt heard back, but let him know its going out today. Sorry for the delays and my lack of communication.
I hope you still do business with me and recommend me to other people.
Nathan
Edit: tracking number 0307 0020 0003 3375 5770 went out today priorty mail.

I will inform my Brother, both about the USPS tracking system and that it's shipped. Thanks Nate.
