Has anyone dealt with whitewolf airsmithing? I ordered a green/black 11" barrel that takes freak inserts and what do i recieve, a black 8". The first time I ordered it it took a month and then i was refunded my money with no explanation as to why. Now i told him to just keep the money until he gets the green/black 11" barrels instock and then send it. If this is the way a person who owns a buisness operates then he should think about closing his doors. This is a very poor way to do buisness. I would not recomend using him or buying anything from him. >Sad

This should probably go in feedback not the Phorum.

I've ordered from WWA a couple of times.  I always get my parts, but the shipping can be slow.  And since I've only ordered stock black parts (I'm rebuilding a phantom that I got at a military surplus store for $5), I haven't had a problem with mix-ups.

i ordered my gun from WWA back in march. he forgot to include the detent rings that i ordered and to this day i still hanvet gotten them.

i ordered a 11" stealth barrel last week and got it today and come to find out it looks like some one dropped it and the end thats fluted took the impact.

ive been e-mailing him trying to get the detent ring situation figured out and now he wont e-mail me back about that.

hopefully i can get the barrel situation resolved.

over all im a very unsatisified customer.

Oh no.  I've been trying to contact White Wolf for a few weeks now regarding a barrel I sent in May to have modified to accept Freak inserts.  Just found this thread.  Does anyone happen to have a phone number for WWA?

I know I've seen posts looking for his phone number on SCP and PBN but can't say if anyone has had any success getting it.  If you used paypal file a claim with them.  They will lock up his account and he'll respond pretty quickly.  It's kinda funny how that happens....  good luck guys!

I ordered a 14" blue/black Frantom barrel from him and got it without a problem and the barrel was in excellent condition when I received it.  Came within a week too, so I have 0 complaints (though, it's also the only thing I've ever ordered from him).

Joe is a thief, and I'm out over $100, I think he like to delay you until it's too late to file a Paypal claim.

Joes a crook, Im in the same position , i ordered a 14" Stealth, and it never arrived, i have emailed him numerous times to various emails asking for my barrel or my money back even a response would have been nice but nothing.I also put in a complaint through paypal and still no barrel. I will never deal with WWA again and i would not recommend WWA to anyone.

Well i ordered my whole VSC phantom setup from him, and, to his credit, it did come..... around 7 weeks later. He either never responded to my emails or responded in one or two word answers. He only responded to my numerous emails when Mike from CCI emailed him for me (Mike is great by the way). I asked for a phone number many times, which he never gave me. I looked up his phone number online, which he did not answer. I also payed around 20 dollars for shipping along with the 350 for the gun. Joe sent to package PARCEL POST, which is what companies use to send junk mail. It is the slowest, cheapest, least efficient way to send anything. I won't go into any more detail here, but overall, i am a hugely disappointed customer and will NEVER deal with White Wolf Airsmithing again. If anyone is even thinking about dealing with him, get the thought out of your mind. I have found other companies with a similar price like Bull Dog paintball.

***Ok, so maybe that didn't take hours:)***
