Its not to bad. Pretty simple all ya gotta do is remove the valve from the tank and take the screw off the bottom of the reg and everything should come out.

and the valve is held in by ?
its not just red loctite is it?

The reg is held in by blue loctite. Just put the tank in a vise with a leather glove around it and use a strap wrench to remove the reg.
