A little birdie whispered in my ear and said that I should come over here and share the love.  These are some rails and a body that I milled for converting 'Mags using Jays (http://automags.org/forums/showthread.php?t=220187) kits.  Thought all you pumpers might appreciate it.  Enjoy the pics and let me know what you think!

The waves on the pump rod ramp aren't as pronounced as they look - the actual cut is smooth as glass.

Just to throw my two cents in - Andy is a phenomenal machinist and does things with his Taig CNC mill that I would have thought impossible.  As you can see by the pics, his work is nothing short of excellent, and he never fails to impress me with his attention to detail.

Thanks for the nice words, Michael - means a lot.

Prices (if no one minds me posting them) are $25 for AM/MM rails, $30 for RT length rails and $30 for body milling.  Those prices include return shipping via USPS First Class in a bubble mailer.  Get both milled at the same time and its only $45.  Boxed Priority shipping is available as well for a bit extra.

I'm still enjoying every penny of my Taig.  Grin

I haven't kept up with progress on Jay's kit.  Has he shipped any yet?  Is he finished with the pre-orders?  Any more available?

Yeah, he's finished with pre-orders and all but a few of those are with their new owners I believe.  He had mentioned doing another run possibly, but I have no confirmation on that.

Never a more truthful word has been spoken.  Truly.  Gah.  I want one so badly.  Focused on a Sniper build right now though.  Then later, maybe, I can manage a pump mag.

Beautiful 'Mag there.  I can't wait until I get some more rails in so I can make some others' pump mags complete.
