need help posting picture

I can't seem to post a picture of my phantom in the photo gallery.  How is it done?

First you need to upload your photo to a photo hosting service, or if your have your own storage space that comes with you internet service or email account.
Second you need to start a new topic in the phorum's photo section, click the "insert image" icon, and enter the address where your photo is stored between the htlm code.
