Is it possible to run a 3.5 oz tank on a stock class vertical air kit? Can you just take the 12g quick changer off and replace it with a 3.5 tank? How do you get your gun like the gun posted below?
Thanks and sorry for my lack of Phantom knowledge

Yup.  It works just fine that way.  I personally don't like that setup, as it throws the balance off a little imho.  One of the advantages of the phantom is the fact that it's so light weight.  I think you lose a little of that when you add a tank to the bottom of the gun.
