I've dealt with Wevo.

Pros:  Good products that are alwayas in stock.  Good prices and fast shipping.

Wevo is great!  I've never had a problem with them and their customer service is quite nice as well!

Hm, I too am wondering about dealing with wevo. I would like to order a micro dropout phantom but dont know if it will be cheaper to go with them and ship to canada or go with Reiner and see how much that comes out to. Anyone able to ballpark which would be cheaper? And if the prices would be similar, then if either one would be significantly faster?

Brick-prices will be about the same. I think Reiner would be your better choice since he is already in canada and I think Wevo is in FL (correct me if Im wrong).

Wevo is, indeed, located in Florida.  I imagine that shipping to Canada will probably make the cost pretty comparable whichever you go with.

Hm, so would either one be faster than the other? I'm thinking Reiner because he is in Canada but I could be wrong. Sorry to the thread starter for the partial hijack, but it IS about wevo prices and shipping time Tongue.

Check in with Davinci on either PBN or SCP.  He works for Wevo and will be able to get you all the information you need.

It took Reiner 4 days to ship my phantom across the country to my door once he got it. I wouldn't hesitate to choose him. Plus everything is 10% off!

If it's something that one or the other has in stock, then most likely that dealer wil be faster.  If it's a custom Phantom that has to be ordered from CCI, then there probably won't be much difference.  I deal with Wevo myself sometimes and find their service to be quite good.

For your border fees, they shouldn't be too bad as Wevo sends only with USPS and when Canada Post takes over on this side of the border, their border handling fees are quite reasonable compared to the private carriers (i.e. UPS and FedEx).  Also, many of the private carriers will not bring paintball markers across to canada anymore (don't ask me why).  You will get hit with GST and PST when importing something from the USA (Canada Post collects it on behalf of the Provincial and Federal Governments).  Odd thing is, if you order something from another Province within Canada, you will not be charged PST (funny loophole Canada has) but the dealer does have to charge ou GST.

wevo's shipping cost me roughly 22$ or so for pretty much anything i ordered. Reiner is closer and cheaper in the long run. awesome service as well. if you're in canada, go with horizonpaintball.com

I'd agree, if you're in Canada, Reiner at Horizon can't be beat.
