This is a last ditch effort and I really don't want to do this.
There is recent case law that allows me to testify in court over the internet via Skype and I am speaking with the DA in regards to taking theft charges out on him. I have had no communication with Lee in 2 years, and not for lack of trying. I ordered a Sig Series Phantom back in 2004 and it has been paid in full in 2005. I have $800 tied up in the project with cash and marker. Last thing I heard (2 years ago) was that my marker was completed, except for anno. I even asked for my marker to be shipped off without being annoed and losing out on the money I paid. I have moved 3 times since the project and never received an acknowledgement from him. richardbrodowski@gmail.com. Last time he used the loophole that there was no set completion date when the agreement was made, however since there has been no contact in 2 years, its safe to assume (at least in the court of law) that a theft has occurred.
I'm sure this will be deleted and my account banned, but oh well. If I don't get an answer by February 1st I will proceed with criminal charges (which in the state of Oregon is a felony). This is the last thing I wanted to do.
