This is a last ditch effort and I really don't want to do this.

There is recent case law that allows me to testify in court over the internet via Skype and I am speaking with the DA in regards to taking theft charges out on him. I have had no communication with Lee in 2 years, and not for lack of trying. I ordered a Sig Series Phantom back in 2004 and it has been paid in full in 2005. I have $800 tied up in the project with cash and marker. Last thing I heard (2 years ago) was that my marker was completed, except for anno. I even asked for my marker to be shipped off without being annoed and losing out on the money I paid. I have moved 3 times since the project and never received an acknowledgement from him. If anyone has contact with him, he can contact me at RLbrodowski@gmail.com or richardbrodowski@gmail.com. Last time he used the loophole that there was no set completion date when the agreement was made, however since there has been no contact in 2 years, its safe to assume (at least in the court of law) that a theft has occurred.

I'm sure this will be deleted and my account banned, but oh well. If I don't get an answer by February 1st I will proceed with criminal charges (which in the state of Oregon is a felony). This is the last thing I wanted to do.

Hi,
Michael set me a heads up on this.
I'm sorry it's been bad but I have record of our communication several times during the period of time you say there were none.

The truth is, I dropped the ball in a big way. I tried to make everyone happy and be everything to everyone and all I ended up doing is burying myself. Adulation is a heady thing and there was a lot of it for quite a while. It makes a guy feel pretty good, so I wanted to keep making people happy. It didn't work out that way.

I currently don't have a steady job, not much in the way of options for the near future and no place to work on these things. I've stored everything I have in hopes of satisfying everyone at least to some extent but that's just not possible as much as I'd wish it.
I'll be sending everything out as is, as I can get the funds to ship.

I'm very sorry.

Thank you Punisher, I will NOT proceed with charges. I hated to resort to that, but I would greatly appreciate it if you'd send it back. I am also willing to send you funds for it to be shipped to me, just let me know through e-mail or PM on here a paypal and price. Thank you again. Mods can close.

If you'd wish, I'll send you a pre-paid shipping label through the USPS and you can just send it.

Lee, I'm sorry things have been as they are.
I'm glad to hear you're trying to get it together, I'd like to think my patience has not been in vain.
I would appreciate some private correspondence.

I've also been patient the last 5 years waiting on two graphite t-stocks. I have somewhere around $150 tied up in them.

All I would like is some correspondence. Not really even interested in the T-stocks anymore.

I have yet to hear anything from Lee, so if someone has an address I can send a pre-paid shipping label, let me know!
