I know this was a sticky on the last PHOG but does anyone have a link  (or can they post new) to the information about hydro testing exemptions for small tanks?

If this should be in the FAQ question please move it and accept my appologies.

Should be stamped on it somewhere near the top by the dot code.

Look for "DOT-3E......"

I think the "E" means exempt.  But I don't have my paintball/scuba tank notes in front of me.

E- dose not mean exempt it means there is a number to follow that is the code.
