Haha. Watcher got rid of my old phantom. As cool as it was I like the AGD RT classic I got from him better. Plus i've now got a duckslide put together with RTR lowers and a ninja dave lever changer and a new SC phantom on its way. Plus I almost have enough parts to put together a spare phantom. So I got rid of one and will shortly have 3 more. Phantoms are like herpes... they just keep comin back.

Glad to hear that the RT is serving well.  Have you changed any o-rings yet?

Yeah, the Phantom was nice but I like the Ghost so much more.  I played with it and got insane effeciency.  Got an average of 30 shots off a 12ie and many times a bit more before noticeable dropoff and a CO2 change, in 43F weather!  My Phantom did that in 65F+ weather.

I also like the pump stroke much better, and I even like the styling more than a Phantom's.  Not to say I won't ever get a Phantom again, but I don't think it'd be in exchange for the Ghost...  It'd probably be an OC Phantom, or a Pneu-Assist one Cool

Next gun on my list, either E-Mag lowers or something CCM.  Probably a T2 if I can find one, or an SS25 or even a J2L.  Or if I can find one a Nightkast Sniper II.

Pneumatic Assist Phantoms are a lot of fun against semi's, they are a neat little novelty and can be really nice looking markers

Actually I had some issues with a leak goin on out the reg so I replaced the orings and then had to replace the valve pin. but I did end up getting a few good weekends of play out of her before that though. Shes a great little shooter.

Yeah, Ive been itchin to get back in on some stock class play though. My brother is gettin into pumps now and built a right feed sniper over the summer with CCM parts, but now hes all about gettin a phontom so hopefully next season well both be rollin with phantoms which should be pretty fun. I really do like how smooth snipers are though.

I'm actually very suprised to hear that.  I replaced every seal when I got it and only played a few games with it and shot it in the back yard a bit.  I even kept it well oiled when it wasn't in use.
The reg leak may have been since it sat around for a few months, then was played with a lot, but I'd think simple oil would have prevented that...

And the valve pin... That was also something I replaced as well from the start.  It should have lasted at least a few years.

Yeah, she shoots great.  I loved all the looks from people at the field since I was playing with an outdated, all metal metal, mechanical brick of a gun that shot faster than their plastic electros Grin

I still play with an all metal mechanical brick of a gun that shoots faster than their plastic electros, but it isn't as outdated...
