Well I'm stuck home bored out of my mind. Playing around with my gear, mix matching stuff, trying to put a sc feed on my mini and I found this out:
The cci sc feed (the slotted tube part) has icd/ion/shocker threads. How I found out was I screwed it into my invert mini which has the same threads. It's a perfect fit with no wobble at all.

Replying to the above inquiries. Yes. And though I actually have a SC feed port, the threads on the Phantom tube do seem rather close judging from what I can see with my own two eyes. So, I thought that just for giggles, I might see if it actually will fit. No harm in that.

There is this little issue of the feed tube not actually being threaded. It has ribs... Somebody's a goin' to strip their feedneck threads...

Per Mike Casady:
Quote from: Mike Casady
The thread for the feed tube is a made up thread @ 32 threads per inch with a 2.10 degree tapper at .650" full thread.

That's pretty strange. It screws on perfectly smooth, no force or wobble. Once screwed in, it doesn't wobble at all or feel tight. If anyone else has the same threads, try it yourselves

I really would recommend doing this, the threads are close enough to each other, but the threads is really not meshing together like they are design to, keep doing it you are really just cross threading it, eventually the threads will be worn down to nothing.
