Unfortunately, no.  That's the only one I have.  Maybe some resourceful person with lots of time could make something happen?

it doesnt take that much time, and i happen to be working on it right now.  Ill post up the final result when im done

there you go.  I cleaned up the edges, and resized it to 8.5 by 11.

I saved it at the best resolution I could though.  so if someone could do a bit more tweating thatd be great.

Very cool. When I first started reading it, I though it was a birth certificate for a new pump player! I imagine  that could be awkward at the field.
