don't buy from paintball-online.com

i couldn't get hold of wevo so i was forced to buy from them.
i ordered a Stiffi tip, freak size pump handle and phantom freak back.
i payed for it on a Sunday and payed for next day air becouse i wanted to use it as much as i could before leaving to ski in Chile.

it did not arrive until today(the next Monday)and they forgot to ship the freak back.

did they forget to ship it or was it back ordered? also what time did you send the order in?

i work at a wholesale supply house and have found out the hard way some companies will take full payment but not tell you if something is back ordered or has to come from the factory. also some companies dont/cannot ship next day air after a certain time. also nobody that i know of picks up/delivers on sundays.

That doesn't surprise me at all considering some of the people that they have in their employ... I live relatively close to the warehouse and I phoned in an order asking that it be shipped w/o a signature requirement, mind you it was a $20 part. I was promised that it would be shipped w/o needing a signature....they failed to ship it on time (shipped four days later) and I had to sign for it....needles to say that delayed me getting the part by yet another day.  >Sad

The store manager of the Xtremez/PBOL shop that's closest to my house (I've known this guy for years) I wouldn't let him work on a Brass Eagle Talon. :nododgy:

Sorry to hear about yet another PBOL failure but that's about the best that can be hoped for from them.
