2) By ordering, you agree to
all of our terms listed on our web-site.

3) All returns must be
received within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by a
HorsepowerFreaks RMA#.

4) All returns are subject to
a 25% restock fee.
|

5) All refused shipments are
subject to a 25% restock fee.
|
|
6) All cancellations within 1
week of purchase are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. See
terms for exceptions.

7) No returns or cancellations
on Special Orders.

8) Most items are for off-road
use only.

9) Many photos on our site are
generic and may not represent the actual configuration for your vehicle.

10) We reserve the right to
cancel or change pricing on this order if the price is incorrect in our
system. If this occurs, you will be notified prior to any
charges or credits and will be allowed to cancel your order prior to
shipment if you so desire.

11) By accepting a package
sent to you from HorsepowerFreaks or any of it's affiliated warehouses,
you are agreeing to be responsible for any and all duties, customs,
taxes, tariffs and any other fees imposed by your country.
